Interferry has received board approval to fill a vacant Director position following their June 2022 meeting in Rome. The board’s Nominating Committee is inviting Expressions of Interest specifically from members of Interferry’s supplier community to represent associate member interests through the board.
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Be a “member in good standing” of Interferry
• Be employed in a supplier business serving the ferry industry
• Be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience in the ferry business
• Be able to fulfill a four-year commitment, including attendance at three meetings per year held across the globe
The successful candidate will be put forward by the Nominating Committee to be elected by members in October during the AGM at this year’s annual conference in Seattle. Board directors are appointed for a four-year term and can seek re-election for a maximum of three consecutive terms.
